8. Buyer’s rights and return policy
The Seller guarantees its Customers the possibility of canceling their order at any time and without any cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.
The Customer will have a period of (14) fourteen calendar days from the receipt of the merchandise to exercise his right of return. The Customer will inform The Seller within the stipulated period and by any means admitted by law, his desire to exercise his right of return. The returned order must be delivered in its original packaging and in original condition together with the delivery note and, if applicable, the invoice issued to the Seller with the Customer handling the return costs. A change in the condition of the product may result in a possible reduction in value to be charged in connection with the refundable amount.
The Customer may return any item that he has purchased from The Seller without any penalty. In these cases, the Seller will return the purchase money by using the same method with which the order was paid or to the Customer’s personal bank account. In case the returned product does not keep the same original packaging, the good will suffer a depreciation in the price to be paid. If a product other than that requested by the Customer was delivered by mistake of the Seller, it will be removed and the correct product will be delivered without any additional charge to the buyer.

An order not picked up is not an order cancellation. If you do not pick up your order we will charge for postage and the handling fee for the shipment is € 12,90. In case that your order has already been shipped and you want to cancel it, the order must be returned in accordance with the customer return instructions so that there are no other additional costs for the return and cancellation.
We at ibizalefthanddesign.com also have the right to cancel your order if the delivery of the product you have ordered has been significantly delayed due to, for example incorrect stock balance. In this case, the refund will be made using the same payment method that was used to pay for the order within 14 days of cancellation the order.
9. Reclamation
If the product received is damaged or defective and you wish to make a reclamation, please contact our Customer Service via email: ibizalefthanddesign (at) gmail.com so we can offer you a solution. It is not under our responsibility if the product has been misused. Each product purchased includes a care and washing instruction. The care and washing instructions given must be strictly followed. Please note when buying jumbo knit Merino Wool and Bio-Nylon products such as blankets and pillows; Shedding and pilling is not considered as a defect. Shedding is totally natural and normally occurs with these items.
10. Obligations of the client
The Customer of The Seller undertakes at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the user registration forms or order fulfillment, and to keep them updated at all times.
The Customer undertakes to accept all the provisions and conditions contained in these General Contracting Conditions, understanding that they include the best possible service will for the type of activity carried out by the Seller.
Likewise, the Customer undertakes to keep confidentially and with the utmost diligence its personal access codes to our website.
The Customer undertakes to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address where the requested order can be delivered within the usual schedule of delivery of goods (Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm ,GMT+1). In case of default by the customer of this obligation, the Seller will not have any responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the Customer.
