The items we have in our stock will be shipped within next business day.
Delivery time depends on a destination country. See below approximate estimates by zones.

Spain 2 – 3 business days

Germany 3 – 5 business days

Rest of the Europe 5 – 10 business days

Rest of the world 10 – 14 business days

Made to order items

If you order items that are made to order please allow us 5-7 days to prepare your order. If the order contains both of each type of items, the order will be shipped when all the products are ready to ship. If you order made to order items in large quantities in one time, please prepare for a bit longer delivery time than normal.

The information about it if the product is made to order appears on the product card.

The jewelry will be crafted to the size ordered and will be shipped within 1-5 days.

Order processing

You will be notified by the email after placing the order when the order is being processed. The order status will stay on processing as long as the order is ready to ship and you will be notified again for that. The orders will be processed only during the working days. 

Delayed order

In some cases, your order may also be delayed. In that case we will contact you immediately by e-mail to the address left us when placing the order. Reasons for delay beyond our control may be: incorrect shipping address, high order volume in high season or delay in the delivery of the material ordered to create the certain product ordered. 

Delivery

We realize our shipments via DHL and official Spanish post office “Correos”. In case your shipment is operated by Correos, your local post office will fulfill the delivery of the shipment to its final destination.

Shipping methods

The order will be shipped as Internacional standard or Economic package.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs varies due to the total weight of the shipment and destination country. Shipping rate is calculated automatically in the shopping cart. You can check the shipping costs by updating your shipping address details in the shopping cart.

We are happy to offer free delivery to Europe when the order amount exceeds 50 euros.

In case you had free shipping by reaching the required order amount for free shipping, and would like to make a return, if the order total amount falls below the required order amount for free delivery after the refund, you will be charged the delivery costs according to the regular shipping rates in accordance with weight of the shipment and the destination country. 

Returns

We do not take responsibility of any additional costs incurred for returns made using another methods as instructed. First you must to communicate with us by e-mail to notify that you would like to make a return. Further detailed instructions will be given to you as a response mail. The shipment must be returned using the same shipping method and the same shipment carrier as when the shipment was delivered. The returning product must be in the same condition as it arrived. All the products are checked up before shipping. If the condition of the product has changed and its value has decreased you may be charged for decreased value.

  1. Make a return notice by e-mail to ibizalefthanddesign (at) gmail.com communicating that you would like to make a return. Please include your name, order number & the returning product(s) to the message.
  2. Pack the product(s) in the same package in which they arrived, close it carefully and attach the address sticker.
  3. Return the package to same carrier company which fulfilled the delivery of the shipment. Keep the receipt.
  4. We will refund you by using the same method as the order was paid within 14 days at the latest since we have received the returned shipment and checked up the returned items.

Delivery costs will not be refunded for returned shipments. Return costs on orders with free shipping are 12,90 € + 9,90 handling fee.

Order cancellation

If you wish you can cancel products or the entire order before shipping by sending us an e-mail to ibizalefthanddesign (at) gmail.com or on the page “Contact us” by filling out and submitting the contact form. A shipment not picked up is not an order cancellation. For the shipment not picked up the delivery costs and the handling fee € 19,90 will be charged. In case that your order has already been shipped and you want to cancel it, the shipment must be returned in accordance by following the return instructions above in section “Returns” so that you will not be charged other additional costs.

We at ibizalefthanddesign.com also have the right to cancel your order if the delivery of the item ordered has been significantly delayed due to, for example incorrect stock balance. In this case, we will refund you by using the same payment method as the order was paid within 14 days at latest from the cancellation.

Reclamation

If you desire to make a reclamation the product should not be sent back to us. Please communicate with us by e-mail and we will give you further instructions.
